March 28, 2007 - Governor Sarah Palin re-establishes the Marine Transportation Advisory Board to provide recommendations to the governor and the Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT & PF) on ADOT & PF's exercise of its marine transportation functions. The board will consist of 5 members from areas currently served by ferries, 1 union representative, and 3 other members; all members are appointed by the governor.
